I liked location and I loved the way my room overlooked the lake. I especially liked the pleasant and social front desk clerks who worked the night shift. They are from Jamaica, a country. I usually visit once a year. I enjoyed talking about my experiences there with them each night. They represented the hotel very well. I also really like the pool and Jacuzzi area.

Amazing location right on the water, spacious and comfortable room. Kids loved the pool and game area. Fun activities like lawn games and chairs outside, and a small lagoon for wading into the lake. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time staying here because we love it so much!

The staff went above and beyond . I left something in the fridge and the girl went right to the room and got it and saved for me. The gentleman that check us in at around 10pm on oct. 26 personally called me I had left my new ring and he is going to mail it to me sense I live about 200 miles away. Definitely great customer service

We liked being on water with walk out & close to parking. Large room with both microwave & refrigerator . Easy with out small fur baby.

Breakfast was exceptional. Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. View was exception. Gentleman at desk was exceptional. Room was exceptional.

Staffs are friendly. The bay view is fantastic. and beach is easy to reach and well maintained. Location is good, close to I-75 and local restaurants.

Brittany at the front desk was AMAZING!! She gave a suggestion for where to order food and it was perfect! I loved the large fridge with a freezer, digital clock that you could plug items into, and a microwave! The breakfast was fabulous!
